This program makes it easy for international patients to make appointments with physicians, to seek a medical second opinion or treatment for a complex illness if it is needed.
Our International Patient Coordinator manages the following medical and personal needs prior to your arrival, during your stay and after returning home.
Just a phone call or mail is enough to set up the system.
Below there is a list of specific services:
Personalized and bilingual assistance.
Schedule and coordinate all appointments, including doctor visits and procedures.
Schedule all test required.
Book a room in case of hospitalization.
When necessary, coordination medical transport services on air ambulance or other emergency transportation.
Transportation arrangements.
Any other assistance that may be required either by the patient or by his/her physician family.
Make hotel bookings if necessary near Clínica Alemana (where special rates are given to our patients).
Financial arrangements, including advance estimates for fees, or payments.
